USWMS Privacy Policy

Moncayo Systems provides USWMS, a warehouse management application used by authorized organizations and their approved employees and users.
This Privacy Policy explains the types of information USWMS may collect, how that information is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to authorized users and participating organizations.
1. Scope
This policy applies to information processed through the USWMS application, related cloud services, support communications, and operational exports generated through the system.
USWMS is a controlled-access business application. It is not intended for general consumer registration.

USWMS may process information associated with an authorized user account, including:

Users should not send passwords, PINs, access tokens, or other secret credentials through support messages.
3. How Information Is Used
USWMS information may be used to:

USWMS information may be available to:
The organization that authorized the user’s account

Other authorized users where required for warehouse operations
Service providers supporting application hosting, authentication, data storage, security, or communications
Government authorities or other parties when required by law
Moncayo Systems does not sell personal information.
USWMS does not use warehouse or employee information for third-party behavioral advertising.
5. Service Providers
USWMS may rely on third-party service providers for services such as:
Cloud hosting
Authentication
Database services
Application distribution
Email or support communications
Security and technical monitoring
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
6. Data Retention

7. Local Device Storage
USWMS may store limited account, permission, configuration, inventory, or operational information on an authorized device to support application performance and approved offline operation.
Authorized organizations are responsible for maintaining reasonable physical and account security on devices used to access USWMS.
Users should:
Protect their device login
Avoid sharing employee credentials
Report lost or stolen devices promptly
Log out when directed by their organization
Follow company device-security policies
8. Security
Moncayo Systems uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect USWMS information.
These safeguards may include:
Account authentication
Role and permission controls
Tenant and warehouse separation
Session and device checks
Secure credential storage
Server-side authorization
Audit logging
Access restrictions
Controlled production actions
No system can guarantee absolute security. Authorized users must protect their credentials and report suspected misuse promptly.
9. User and Organization Responsibilities
Authorized organizations control employee access, roles, permissions, and operational use of USWMS.
Users must:
Use only their assigned account
Keep credentials confidential
Avoid accessing information outside their responsibilities
Follow organizational policies
Report suspected unauthorized access
Avoid entering unnecessary personal or sensitive information
10. Account Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Requests concerning an employee account or warehouse information should generally be submitted first to the organization that authorized the account.

11. Children’s Privacy
USWMS is a business and warehouse operations application. It is not intended for children under 13, and Moncayo Systems does not knowingly provide USWMS accounts directly to children.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as USWMS, legal requirements, or data practices change.
The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
