USWMS is a warehouse management platform designed to support receiving, inventory control, load planning, outbound shipping, reporting, document generation, and employee accountability.

The system connects warehouse employees, supervisors, and management through a shared operational platform across supported Apple devices and desktop workstations.

Core Capabilities

Inventory Management

USWMS provides searchable inventory records, warehouse locations, customer and product information, inventory status, unit history, and controlled inventory corrections.

Receiving and Inbound Processing

Warehouse personnel can receive, scan, import, review, and reconcile inbound inventory while preserving important receiving and source information.

Load Planning and Outbound Shipping

The system supports load planning, assigned loads, unit scanning, load validation, staged inventory, shipment completion, and controlled reopening or correction workflows.

Warehouse Documents

USWMS generates operational documents including:

  • Bills of Lading

  • Packing Lists

  • Trailer Inspection forms

  • Inventory and shipment reports

  • Spreadsheet exports

Reporting and Accountability

Authorized users can review operational activity, employee production, receiving activity, outbound activity, unit history, exceptions, and audit records.

Role-Based Access

Access is based on an employee’s assigned role and any authorized individual permission overrides. Administrative, supervisory, and operational functions remain separated according to company policy.

Controlled Access

USWMS is not a public consumer application.

Access is limited to authorized organizations, employees, and approved business users. A valid account is required. Available features depend on the user’s organization, warehouse, role, and assigned permissions.

Platform Availability

USWMS supports approved Apple devices and Mac workstations used in warehouse operations. Certain workflows may also support compatible barcode scanners.
